Ken was very courteous and knowledgeable. Other times that I had my car service I usually have to wait or flag someone to come and help me, but this is actually the first time that I'm greeted as I pull up for service. Ken was out to greet me as soon as I pulled up. I'll definitely try to get him as my service advisor next time I have my car serviced.

I’m extreamly happy about the service provided by Nanuel Montoya. He explained very derail to me the possible problem before a service was conducted, and turned out to be the problem he explained to me before hand.
He also explained to me total cost on the valve adjustment with spark plugs replacements. Today, my intention was to find out a problem and total charge.
