I was very surprised how Juan treated me. I felt like a queen and especially when he explained to me in detail what was going to be serviced in my car. And he came to see if I was ok in the lounge. You should hire more representives like him oh one Moore thing that lounge **** that’s all I have to say

good el monte honda dealer service. it is a big pity that the honda company don't recall my 2012 civic.because the airbag had bomb ,only a samll crash on the curb.i think maybe recall my 2012 civic when more 2012 civic car has the same problem like mine.that's a terrible airbag.
