Andy was great! Very friendly and curteous. I brought in my new honda accord for severe 5k miles. The email said it included a car wash, I asked Andy about it and he said they could give it a wash down no soap, I said fine. When. The car was returned it had several light scratches on the passage side rear door like if someone had rubbed a rag with grit on it. Andy was awesome and had the scratch buffed and it came out except I didn't notice that they missed a quarter size of the scratch when I parked it in the sun. My car is black and I try to maintain it a scratch free as possible so it was concerning that it happened at the dealer. Probably an oversight on whoever watered down my car. Andy was great through the interaction just bummed I still have a minor scratch.
