Andy was very courteous and professional. When I asked for a service update, he went and checked and came back with an update in a timely manner. The only drawback was when another service mechanic suggested I get a tire rotation even though my car only has 5,000 miles on the tires. Majority of mechanics would only recommend 25,000 to 50,000 to rotate tires. This is why dealer services get a bad reputation. Dealers are always out there to make a quick buck or nickel and dime people. If dealers stop trying to make a quick buck, and just do honest quotes or actual advice that really help, then customers would trust them even more.

Shuttle service needs help. Ernesto was nice but the routes taken did not make sense, resulting in rush hour traffic, redundancy of routes, doubling back to baldwin park. This could have been avoided by not taking special requests from certain customers to get to work at a certain time (those customers should make alternative arrangements), planning out the route ahead of time, and maybe splitting up our group of 6 into two cars. It took over one hour to be dropped off from el monte to rosemead (left dealer around 8:30 and got home at 9:40). If I were given that time expectation beforehand, I probably would have made other arrangements. Other suggestions are that the driver be provided car gps (or be trained on not using phone gps while driving), avoid using cell phone to text or change music while driving), and drive slower in residential areas especially over speed bumps.
