Although I came in to the shop at around noon time, Wednesday, Andika Citra, service manager at El Monte Honda, provided me courteous and helpful assistance with a kind, smiling face when I brought my Pilot SUV for regular maintenance. This attitude from employees towards customers (who generate revenue to service companies) is rare nowadays. He also gave me timely status update while my vehicle is being worked on. He is courteous on the phone. When the service was completed and when I arrived at the shop to pick up my SUV, he was accessible and waiting for me by his desk. I do not have to wait or have him paged on the loud speaker if he nowhere to be found. Great customer service! Andika Citra is a good model that everyone else should follow.
