Andy did answered all of my questions. I asked him why I received a letter for a recall, & he explained it to me. He said that he will have the mechanic check it out. Also, he did let me know how long it will take, & he asked me if I'm willing to wait or if I needed a ride home. I told him that I would wait. He is polite & a gentleman.

Brought car in for a recall....the part was not changed. I was told it would be ordered. So the vehicle was at the dealer for 6 hours and a band aid job was done until the part comes in. When you have a recall on certain parts you would expect the dealer to have them in stock. Now im going to have to do another trip and probably be without the vehicle for the day. Pretty inconvenient on something thats not the customers fault.

The service rep was great as always, but I was dissatisfied with the way some motor oil was spilled on the engine. When I was driving home, I was filled with burnt oil fumes and I was able to see the smoke eminating from under the hood. I stopped a few times to check where the smoke was coming from. I've always used the dealership for my car(s) maintenance and never had an issue.
