Mr.Peng was polite and helpful. On the other hand Mr.Tim Smith was terrible! His people to customer skills were very bad. I contacted the Honda corporate office to complain about his actions. With that said I will never take my car to Nelson Honda for service again. I also was going to purchase a new Honda SUV soon and after today's visit I will take my business elsewhere
