Yes please make sure your employees are giving the correct and same amount on prices. When going in for an oil change at the time of arrival they said it would cost $58. Once we were seen by another service guy he said $68??. Also, never once mentioned that price was for synthetic oil or that they offered a different type of oil change at a lower cost. You should inform customers of all you offer and why you recommend it.

Once my service was completed, I asked if my windshield wiper fluid was filled because it was completely empty. The service associate stated that it was filled; that it is always done every service. While driving away from the dealership, I tested to see if there was wiper fluid and there was not. I will no longer service my car at El Monte Honda; I cannot trust that the service that has to be performed is always performed.
