Your service is excellent from the person who answer the phone call to the service personel and receptiinist who i made the payment. Thank You for providing excellent service! Unlike Honda Diamond Bar in Puente Hill...I got a price quote of $146 over the phone, but when I arrive in person they told me $210?? I was very disappointed about their service too, they made me wait for 15 minutes when there isnt any customer in front of me when i was there? snd i noticed 3 of them were chatting and they seems forgotten I wad still waiting?

Adrian was very professional and courteous despite my somewhat irritable demeanor due to something that happened in my day that had absolutely nothing to do with him. He has excellent customer service skills. Although I am satisfied with the oil change that I got, I am not satisfied with the fact that Honda charges $130 an hour to diagnose an electrical problem. That is not his fault that is the fault of Honda corporation. Can something be done about that?

Manuel Montoya was great! I came in with a dead battery right around 6 when most of the techs were gone but he found a tech to install a new battery. I was so happy that I was able to get my battery changed. I live about 35 miles from the dealership and was really worried about getting home but thanks to Manuel, my problem was solved and was able to get home! You have great employees.
