I went to get my vehicle serviced for the first time, 5000 miles. The next morning an alert stated my tire pressure was low, then the settings of the car were all wrong, I had to take time and pay off work to take my vehicle back, to find out the settings were not correctly entered in my car. The milege was reflecting all wrong showed 8300 miles. For my first time getting my vehicle serviced there, it was not a good one. No one offered anything, nor at least im sorry. Not good

I felt your service rep was trying to charge me as much as possible for the service. I like to take my car for serve to a dealer to avoid warranty issues. With all the years taking my cars to your dealer, Only one of your reps made me feel that it was about providing service and not a sales transaction. I will never take my car to your dealer for a mayor service without doing research on prices.
