I had a battery replaced back in November 2016 through warranty. The advisor told me that my battery wasn't good. I informed him it has not even been a year it got swapped, and I've been driving it the same. Last battery lasted me 3 years and this one not even a year. He said he didn't know what to tell me that it was strange but that my battery had no warranty so I would have to buy one. That the new one is covered for 3 years 100% and that's when I asked if mine didn't last not even a year because mine was a swap under warranty and I didn't actually buy it. He said no that you guys use the same kind of battery so I asked then if you guys cover it for 3 years 100% it's because that's what they regularly last if he didn't think it was funny mine didn't even last a year he just said he found it weird and didn't have an explanation why.
If **** that I've done all my services with the dealer since I got my car never had I have a bad experience with any service until now. But then again this is the only time I had something swapped through warranty. Coincidence or not makes me not want to go back for anything else.

Left hanging when the service on the vehicle was completed a while back parking on the lot. No one notify me or bother to help when asked one of the staff member to check the job status. Surprised to find the vehicle myself and still waiting for 20 minutes before someone can help me. Don't think i want to bring my car for a simple service as to checking the tire sensor and repair a tire from a nail punctured or services of any kind.
