The “car wash” my car was given was terrible. It actually made my car worse than it was going into service. All they did was smear around dirt leaving a nasty film all over my car. Due to the fact that it was sunset, the combination of the glare from the sun and the nasty film from the “wash” made it impossible to see out my window. I had to stop at a gas station to clean my windshield. I would have preferred you not make the poor attempt at a wash you did and had left it alone. Also, it took an unreasonably long amount of time to get my car. My service advisor had multiple clients waiting while all the others were sitting in their offices doing nothing. I was told that they couldn’t help and that I had to wait. I am a new Honda owner and This is my first experience with Honda service. It was not a good one.
