I was told to wait 1 hour but it ended up almost 2 hours, the sad thing is no one told me anything, I had to come up to ask if it was done. There was even engine oil or some sort of oil in the interior of my car that i had to clean up when i got home

1 - never got a text o call from services to tell me that my car was ready. In fact I had to go myself to the office and ask for my car. Other guy took care of me and offer apologies after showing him with my cell on hand that I never got any text o call. I waited 1 hour and 30 min more than I was suppose to. In addition I asked for an exterior car wash and was never rendered. I was tired so I paid for services and left. Again the guy who took care of me in my exit was very nice. I just did not want to make any trouble for any body but when I got home I realized that my car was not washed as I was told . Please let them know who ever is responsible for it. Thank you. I am happy with my Honda and this is mi 4th time going to your services so please manage better the quality of your services thank you.
