I went in to get my car serviced due to the airbag recall. Gabriel was very helpful and informational.. He also added a complimentary car wash which was very much needed on my end and convenient due to my busy work schedule.

The service was an oil change and car wash. The car wash was complimentary and was not done well at all. Several areas were not washed properly and still show all the bird droppings that were there from before towards the rear of the car. You can tell that the car wash attendant did not care about the quality of his work and no one is overseeing that it is done well. It gave a very disappointing end to my day when I finally saw the terrible car wash. I'm glad to point this out so that someone can mention it to the dealer and something can be done.

Five minutes after I drove off the lot my "check engine light went on!! I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I had turned off my car @the BofA drive t thru and my car would turn on and then die!! I called my son for help. My car finally started and I drove back.
I was not a happy customer!! Also, the cost of your service went up, and my car was not washed!! I have had all my services there for the past 20 years, but maybe it's time to change!!

Ken was completely friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I originally had an appointment with Andy but he was busy and not readily available. Ken, upon noticing that I was waiting to be served, sprang into action to help me and get me all setup for the service I had requested. He also alerted to a service campaign that I sort of ignored previously but I didn't think was an issue being in socal. And your technician also found that my battery was not functioning properly and needed replacement under warranty. Overall the service was completed in record time.
