I had to ask for a car wash, which use to ALWAYS be done without asking with any service received. I also had to question the price of my oil change, as they didn't apply my VIV discount. Had I not, I would have paid 80 some dollars, instead of the 60 some I ended up paying. Makes me wonder how many others have been over charged.....

Today my tire alert icon came on. I was only a little distance from Toyota and turned in hoping you could check my tires. I wondered if You would have an opening and Toyota did!!! Within a short time glass was found to be the problem. The tire was fixed and I was soon on my way. It was raining quite hard at that time and I could have had a flat in the pouring rain on Rte 1. So thankful to Toyota and Lauren today!!
