Today my tire alert icon came on. I was only a little distance from Toyota and turned in hoping you could check my tires. I wondered if You would have an opening and Toyota did!!! Within a short time glass was found to be the problem. The tire was fixed and I was soon on my way. It was raining quite hard at that time and I could have had a flat in the pouring rain on Rte 1. So thankful to Toyota and Lauren today!!

Back window had to be replaced due to a “malfunction” in the garage door that had come down and shattered the window when I had brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance. It was an inconvenience with child car seats in and having to come back.
I do understand things happen but when I got home I noticed glass shards in the trunk and back seat where my grandchildren sit. I cannot get the car wet for days which means if it rains I shouldn’t take it out of the garage but will have to .
I have to assume the window was placed correctly.
The young lady in the service department explained the incident nicely but honestly would have expected the service department manager to call me. I had to ask to talk to him.
There is no need to call as I don’t think there can be a resolution. I did speak to the service department manager.

Was told around 2 hours to change all brakepads and rotors. then was told at 11 am that the car was done. It was 3 1/2 hours later that they picked me up to get my car. You need more than one vehicle and more than one driver taking and picking up your customers.

I am not convinced that replacement of rotors was needed . My old Lexus ES315 with 113000 miles, when I traded it, had no replacement of any engine parts. For over 10 years, I had no problems with the service department!
