Everything was good except that no new sticker was placed in the corner of the windshield to remind me when to bring the car back for oil change and tire rotation. Also, my headlights were turned off , and I needed them on while driving home in the rain.

I feel like the work is rushed so mistakes get glossed over. I’ve had one small mistake happen every time I’ve gotten service. I’ve never complained because I really avoid confrontation at all cost. It’s starting to be a pattern though. Everyone is very polite and nice to me.

Date 6-2-26 Time of appointment 2:30 pm, Called to schedule my 35,000 mile service check recommended by Toyota, I did not receive any video of an inspection of my vehicle as I have every other time… Also how do I know if everything was properly looked at and done if there is no video proving they even looked at it? The hybrid warning light is still on. Is that due to the O2 sensor in the catalytic converter not being there? The hybrid warning light only came on after the 12 volt battery was replaced much earlier. We didn’t discover this until we had driven away.
