I believe that Toyota should have fully paid for my alternator and put it in. Besides that everyone was nice and courteous. I was taken care of However. I just hope I want sold a lemon. I do love Toyota of Danville still.

I had to ask for a car wash, which use to ALWAYS be done without asking with any service received. I also had to question the price of my oil change, as they didn't apply my VIV discount. Had I not, I would have paid 80 some dollars, instead of the 60 some I ended up paying. Makes me wonder how many others have been over charged.....
