The guy who helped me was great he wasn’t the issue, my appointment was at 2pm and I got there about 30 minutes early due to me being in the area and sat there until just after 3pm waiting on a oil change, I was charged to put on some new wiper blades I had bought somewhere else I didn’t know I was going to be having to pay an extra $10 dollars for that I should not have been waiting that long to say I was annoyed is an understatement

I’ve been charged $175 for diagnostics that I will not pay. Toyota replaced my engine in August for $6600 with a 12 month warranty. The part that needs replaced is part of the engine and you should be responsible for fixing it. I’m very disappointed with your dealership and I’ve spent over $100k with you in the last 20 years. I’m not only disappointed in Toyota, but in my past glowing recommendations to friend and colleagues about your dealership.

I’m happy for the service of getting the 4th volume button on my truck. BUT: this volume button broke 3 times on my 2023 Toyota Tundra Hybrid. The dealer said apparently was nothing shown no one has had this problem .They said it must be an outside source! aliens? They said the warranty will not cover it anymore. Dealer said they will replace this one at no charge. But this is the last time they will replace it for free. I looked up Toyota Forum, there were other truck owners that had the same problems 3 or 4 times doing the same thing. SO IT IS A PROBLEM IN MY OPINION!

They couldn’t find my appointment when I got there, which I thought it was off when I called and booked it a week before. They never texting me confirming or anything, but they did all they could and still got me in and out in about an hour! Thanks again.
