I asked that the clips missing off the grill be replaced to several people and I was assured that it would be taken care. I also get home after a very long day and see my front driver sitting on the rim because the tire is flat. I've owned those tires for 5 years and never once found them like that.

And they were wonderful! I was visiting from Michigan in a nearby town and ended up with a dead battery on my 2013 Prius ????. They recommended a Prius friendly tow company and fixed me up with a new battery (after a full diagnosis just to be sure I’d be safe) and I am able to drive back to Michigan.
