I was very pleased with the service explaining what was done to my RAV4 what could possibly be done but wasn't necessary there was no pressure to do it. The car was washed and needed it badly. The waiting area is very pleasant. Quick and friendly service.

Same tires as when I bought car. Tire rotation is usually included with oil change. Im a low mileage driver and the THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS it should be tire rotation with every oil change. Then, not washing the car because the service door was shut.???? I've bought 3 New cars there. NEVER again. I now own a 2023 Camaro SS.
