Mark is a rockstar. He was professional and upfront about the service taking the time to educate and make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Even though it was busy, Mark was on top of everything and managed the experience like a total pro. Overall, it was a smooth process and everything is running as promised.

1/10 - 8:45AM came for the Value major service with a brake fluid change and replace as recommended.
Customer service was great. However, my headlights was somehow changed from LED White headlights (for low and high beams) to halogens. My car originally had LED White headlights and when I picked it up, I soon realized the difference when I turned my headlights on. I understand the technicians were only to check the functionality of the headlights - not change or replace it.
