I received a call and spoke with someone around 2:30pm to come and pick up ky vehicle becausr service was done. I told this person is that I was at a doctor's appointment and would be there about 45 minutes to pick up my car. I do have a phone record showing the number came from Honda Reeves of Irvine. When I came around 3:30pm or so they daid the car was not ready til 5pm. When I told the person at the check in when I got there that someone called me saying that my car was ready for pick up but now its nit teady til 5pm? All he could say was he didnt know. So I called the number ****-****-xxxx and spoke to someone atyour center and explain the sityation. She said she will transfer me to Service and they can let me know whi called me earlier. When she transfer me to Service a gentleman pick up and said it was Brian that called me earlier for me to tell me to pick up my car and he put me on hold then he came back and said Brian didnt call you. So i waited there til 5pm to pick up my car. I feel that this is not good servce on your end. I know that you have mimlions of customers so my opinion doesnt mean anything but I wanted to let you know how I feel. TY

Brought my car in 1.5 hrs ahead of my appointment. It took 10 hours for a diagnostic of my AC to be performed and I had to decline service because they were closing at 5pm. I had work on my AC at another Honda service location and they wouldn’t even call over. They told me to do it. I will never purchase and get service from this location again

I’m always been weary of auto repairs and appreciated the honesty when I was told their was a mistake on the quote and it turned out that I didn’t need to get both my brakes replaced it just one set. It would’ve cost me a lot more and felt better knowing the advisor was looking out for me ????
