I was told that my oil cap was missing on my vehicle. Mind you this was my very first service on the vehicle which leads a reasonable person to believe the car was sold with no cap on it. Armando insisted on charging for the cap which left me dissatisfied.

After my service in December, my TPMS light was still on. I was told that it should go off within 20 miles; if it didn’t, I would need to come in for a replacement part. I later made an appointment and brought the car in again, since the light did not go off. That day, the store was unable to locate the part. Said they would call me when they could get it. That was a week ago, and I still have not heard back. Armando was very kind and helpful, but I did expect to hear back by now.
