Juan was amazing. Very charismatic and incredibly helpful. Went out of his way to answer all my questions. Definitely will request service with him next time around. Give him a raise!

Even though we opted not to do the full work on the car (cost exceeded the value of the car), Juan was exceptional from the time i dropped the car off, taking the time to show and explain what might be the issue, detailed explanation of the diagnosis along with quotes for repair, the additional findings as work began and the straightforward explanation and discussion as we decided how to proceed with the updated information. Not the greatest! I took my car close to noon (had an appointment), and did not leave until 5 pm. I think it’s a bit much to have to wait 5 hours for an oil change and to inspect a rattling noise . I received my first update at 3pm, and it wasn’t until I went looking for my service technician.
