The service writer and technician called off the day my car supposed to be ready, but apparently no one was informed to work on my car. I was without a car for two days. I called the service department twice the day it was supposed to be ready and I was just transferred to voicemail. When I went to pick up my car nothing had been done. The person covering for the service writer said that he spoke with Matthew earlier that day and he said he didn’t have anything. Luckily the person who help me on Monday offered to give me a loaner car. Overall, I was disappointed with the service. I understand that people get sick but I would have appreciated better communication, especially when I tried calling the service department.

It took 3 or 4 visits to fix the real problem. It was never a battery problem and AAA put 2 new batteries before Honda said their battery was better. While Mark (and Kevin) gave me some discount on this service, it did not cover the AAA batteries, the battery tender Honda suggested I buy or the inconvenience of too many visits and missed work days. I would not recommend Norm Reeves Honda service to others.

A few minutes after I left your dealership, I got a message on my display saying "ready to complete update" or something like that. Anyway, I remembered Juan telling me before I left " if you have any questions you got my number" I called the number on his business card, but the number was no longer in service. I called your main number and the woman forwarded my call to Juan's work station. I got his voicemail instead. I'm just a bit frustrated because that has happened to me with other service people bas well. Mark - ****-****-xxxx
PS. Long after you closed, I remembered Juan sent me a text saying my car was ready. It was too late to try that number, so I'm not sure if that was his cell number or not......
