Armando was great. He listened to my concerns, documented them well and had his technicians attempt to replicate the issues. Unfortunately, the issues we had on our car or not always easily replicable as they relate to the infotainment center and sound system. This is a known issue on our vehicle and hopefully can be addressed by Honda.

Mark made sure the repel got done and helped fix some other issues also - having Karr eliminate the horn beeping when locking with the key fob and adjusting down the front end alert system sensitivity - so we didn't have to come in a second time, which would have been a ****. GOOD WORK - we'll look to him in the future.

I pressed NO twice and came back to this page so I will just leave my comments here. Even with the first appointment of the day, the time spent waiting for service is unreasonable. Last time we came for an appointment, just an oil change, we spent 4 hours waiting. This trip took 3 hours for a minor maintenance. We are pleased with the work but having to take a half day off of work each visit is excessive.

Mark was so wonderful to work with! He made sure I felt heard and understood and took all of my concerns seriously. I was annoyed to have to come in to service my new Honda after having bought my car 2 months ago. But, Mark relieved my frustration with his helpfulness and friendliness and I ended up being very happy that I went in. 15/10 would recommend
