The customer service provided by Melvin Alvarado was superior. He was very diligent in getting a the rental I needed to get my car serviced. He kept me updated on the ordered parts and the servicing of my car. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything at each phase and kept great communication throughout. I greatly appreciate the excellent care Melvin took in helping me from start to finish.

Ram was extremely helpful and kind. Explained what was needed with my car and what he could recommend since I was having issues with my tires. I really appreciated his patience and honesty. I was a regular at a different Honda, but this location has a wonderful waiting area. I will be returning here in the future. This allows me to make the most of my time while I wait, and I know I can ask any questions about the service without being rushed. Thank you, Ram!

Not only did she thoroughly explain everything that needed to be done with my vehicle, but she also made sure I understood the urgency when my car was in a critical condition. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for my safety gave me complete confidence in the service being provided. What truly stood out was that Valerie arranged a loaner vehicle for me because she knew the repairs would take most of the day. She could have simply had me wait at the dealership, but instead she went the extra mile to make sure my day was not completely disrupted.
