It has been a great experience working with Service Advisor, Sam Tung, on 3 separate visits to Honda for repairs and recommended services (Tie rods replacement, HVAC blend door actuator replacement, front brakes service, coolant fluid service, Transmission Fluid service, and 4-wheels alignments). Sam’s customer services was excellent, and was wonderful at coordinating the repairs. However, the workmanship and results of the 4-wheel alignment service was very disappointing, and is unacceptable; the car is swaying to the left when the steering wheel is held straight. The car did not have this issue before the tie rod and alignment job at your dealership. Please advise how your dealership can resolve this issue? Thank you.
