Recall paperwork stated I would get a loaner car and NOTHING about booking an appointment to get approved for a loaner. Was denied a loaner and was offered a shuttle ONLY to drop off. Had to walk back to store when car was ready.

I received a different color part. I didn't realize till I got home. The original part is a matt black fog light cover. The part that was put on the car is a Gloss Black fog light cover. Now I have 2 different color blacks around my fog lights.

Every time we brought the car in for repairs, there was a diagnostics charge. That would be waved or considered part of the repair cost if we agreed to do the repairs. Evidently not this time, we had to pay the diagnostic AND the repairs charges.
