It all felt very minimal effort with the issues I was trying to have looked at/resolved. I couldn’t even be given the information to the finance department to figure out an issue with my cars security system. Which sisterly only requires confirmation so that the system can be activated. I guess this in turn is also a critique towards the finance department for not taking care of this right away when I originally bought the car.

No, the experience was very disappointing. I have purchased new and used vehicles in the past, and successfully used the glass/ paint protection warranty. This time I was given the run around. I arrived for my appointment near 10:50, but was told they don’t handle warranties on that side of dealership and that I should pull around to the used car side. Then three different people, at different times said the couldn’t do what I was promised when I purchased the car less than a year ago. It was even mentioned that your company has a recording of the sale, which I asked to hear to no avail. My experiences with your company have been great when I shop with my white looking brother, but this time my black brother was with me. A manager promised to have the cracks repaired on windshield and a portion of the side door buffed out. The car was ready near 3:00 with one crack filled and nothing fixed on the door. I asked about leaving the car to be worked on the next day and the worker said no that he was only asked to do the window. I asked about bring the car back the next day and he said no. The warranty was not honored and that was one good reason to buy this vehicle.
