I called and came with an appt. I was told by Adrian that it will take 1.5-2 hrs for a simple fix of TPMS. There was a nail in the tire and that takes 15-25 mins to fix. But I patiently waited and after 1.45 mins when I go to check, he calls the Multi Care coverage program then and sends my car to fix. That took 45 more mins. My total wait time was 2.45 mins. Everyone who came in the morning rush time had got their car fixed and gone long back. This is how you respect others time. And this dealership says Rated Best Customer Service.

Stuff were dropping on the floor.
This is a software update. If they need to remove certain area for the airbag sensor, they should tell me about it.
