I asked for a tire rotation with my oil change today, and I thought I was paying for it so the overall cost to me made sense, but as I looked onto the tires, I went to my tire shop and it turns out the tires were never rotated. A little disappointed and it’s always you guys overcharge for your services.

Mr. Perez, I feel lacked customer service and genuine human interaction. However, Manny the supervisor was very kind and I actually felt cared for when I spoke to him. I appreciate Manny and even though i don’t feel comfortable at honda anymore I have been telling people about manny and helpful he is and that is who i would recommend when visiting the service department.
