Yulissa Ramos is an absolute asset to your team. Having to have spend over $1000 yesterday, after spending over $3000 on my last visit there, I was understandably upset but Ms. Ramos went out of her way to go over everything with me, provide the options available, and even reviewed my prior work to assure everything was checked. It is caring Honda staff like Ms. Yulissa Ramos that makes me continue returning to Norm Reeves Honda!

Recall paperwork stated I would get a loaner car and NOTHING about booking an appointment to get approved for a loaner. Was denied a loaner and was offered a shuttle ONLY to drop off. Had to walk back to store when car was ready.
