I took the vehicle for a second opinion after you guys check it and the other shop showed me on the screen that it did NOT need an alignment. Your service team told me it needed an alignment. The other shop showed me the numbers where it was at and the sensor where all green. Disappointed an hesitant of taking it to you guys.

I bought a 2016 pilot elite "certified pre-owned" January 2026, and the paint adhesion has an issue and is coming off the roof of the car. Service said they would not do a goodwill service.they said they contacted Corp., but they only called the warenty dept. That's not corporate. Lies!

Martin was great, very helpful and great communication throughout the day.
Other service members were not as professional and one of the greeters drove my car into the service center without putting on a spare tire first. The tire blew out on the freeway and I had the car towed in. This seemed ridiculous because the tire was completely removed from the rim. Also, another female service center member was pretty aggressive in her tone. We are not used to that as I previously used the Metro Honda center and all staff are extremely pleasant and professional.
