Sean and his team was great. They provided me with recommendations and a link which provided visually what needed to be repaired. Low beam headlight was out. Boots on the front tires were cracked. I really appreciate the visual evidence. When I texted Sean regarding the estimated time for the repairs to be completed,he responded right away and his team completed the repairs by the time he promised. Yulissa Ramos helped me really nice and great customer service, the only issue I have is I went in for an diagnostic for my AC and valve cover gasket , the AC is working now but now that I got my gasket replaced I’m hearing a weird noise coming from my engine , idk if the mechanic didn’t put it in right or something went wrong when I the mechanic replaced the gasket , I never heard the noise before , I went in to a dealership so a professional can install my gasket right , I don’t think it’s fair that I pay money for a job that’s not done right , I waited 3 days to see if the noise will go away but I finally looked under the hood and I see that the noise is coming from where the gasket was replaced, I hope to get a reply back so we can resolve the issue and have my car looked at
