Only comment is that after getting the undercoating put prior to this, there was quite a bit of gunk on the car under the doors. I've not been able to get it off myself and I asked if it could be done at my appt yesterday. I was told it would be taken care of but it is still there. Aside from that, all went well.

This has nothing to do with the actual person who tried to fix the update on my car. This has to do with the fact that there is an update that can’t be updated to my car. Apparently Honda knows they have an issue and they’re supposedly working on it but according to what I read and heard it’s been a year and they still don’t have it fixed or done a recall on it so I went to the dealership yesterday thought they updated my vehicle. Had to go back again today for them to work on it and then they told me that it can’t be updated at this time until Honda fixes the glitch again it’s not the Customer Service person‘s fault but I’m not very happy with Honda. I’ve got in 2026 trail sport passport and you think we could do the updates when they’re supposed to be done.

The truck was sabotaged by the previous owner who traded it in,and the mechanics failed to see the damage to the 4 wheel drive train so I had to bring it back to rapids to replace and repair the vehicle so I was without my purchased vehicle for a week or so,a better inspection could have prevented the whole situation

We are completely satisfied with Mikey and his service and professionalism. He always treats us very good and is very professional and respectful. He is outstanding! However we don’t have a warm fuzzy with our car so far.. it seems like we are constantly in there for a recall. We hope this improves as we love the Honda product.

My only suggestion is that it would have been nice to be told that this repair was covered only because it was due to a known manufacturer defect with the A/C. Otherwise the customer service was good.
