Your service staff is great. I'm getting disgusted with being asked if I want to trade my vehicles all of the time though. Phone calls the day before service and being walked up to in the waiting lounge is making me reconsider your dealership for my service needs.

The service technician provided misleading information and did not follow my instructions. As a result, I was charged for services that were not necessary. Additionally, the service manager behaved unprofessionally, including telling a customer to “shut up” and questioning what was wrong with them. Their approach to handling situations comes across as aggressive and inappropriate. I also have a voice recording that can be reviewed as evidence.
