I was very happy with the level of service. We came in unexpectedly due to the check engine light and parking brake lights. I wasn’t expecting the car to be taken at that time. I just wanted to be sure it was driveable and to set up an appointment. I was very pleased the car was taken right away, Michael was through in his explanation and arranged for a courtesy transport both ways. He was also very prompt with the update. Very pleased!

This was the third time I brought the car in to have the exact thing serviced. Each time they claimed it was fixed. Given that I could bear driving in the cold I didn’t rush back. Once the weather got warmer it was not possible to drive without the from panel fan system. The kicker is I had to pay the minimum each time for the repair even though it wasn’t fixed the time before. Very frustrating experience.
