I managed to smash the right side mirror while backing out of my garage 2 days ago. I drove over to Rapids Honda yesterday, and Matt was so helpful. He ordered the new mirror and before I left for home, he managed to set my damaged mirror so that I could use it to see when I needed to check for oncoming traffic when I had to move to the right lane. That was so very helpful. My experience yesterday and an again today for the install was 10 out of 10 stars! Thank you Matt!

Drew was very professional. I was however disappointed with a few things overall. I scheduled my service online and requested a shuttle back to my home. My appointment was at 1:00. Arrived a few minutes early and was all checked in by 1:00. I then had to wait over 20 minutes for the shuttle because another service tech had directed the shuttle driver to give another customer a ride right before I arrived. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, 2 people whom I assumed were employees (one was in a Honda T-shirt and one was in dress clothes) were chatting with Drew. He acknowledged me and asked the employees to move. The female declared quit loudly “How Rude” I found it quite unprofessional for a fellow employee to act like that in front of a customer.
