Managers Blong & Shane. Thank you for helping me as a walk in with no apt. Had flat tire to be patched late in day and had small emergency tire on my Passport. Repair was done but found warning lights still glowing after I left building. Technician Brian came to my rescue. High 5. Brought out a computer and plugged into my auto and reset warnings that would not go away for me.I think I heard him say he cleared Wheel Speed Sensor. Thank him again for me. Exceptional customer service!

I asked for a transmission fluid flush prior to changing transmission fluid in my 2020 Odyssey minivan. While on the phone, Shawn said that Honda Corporation did not recommend transmission flushes, and that it may actually hurt transmission performance due to debris shifting with flushing.
I disagree, and have found contrary info on the internet.
I’m perplexed why Shawn would give me this seemingly wrong info?
