With the price car owners pay for maintenance services, to hit us with a credit card fee demonstrates really bad business judgement. Jaw dropping
maintenance fees then one more jab, is a slap in the face. The service manager was fine, whatever executive made the stupid decision about the credit card fee should be questioned.

The exterior trim around the front window has white spots on it and we’re not able to clean them. I was not happy about that. But I like other aspects of the car. I will correct the problem myself. I like the car , I like salesperson ( she had good knowledge of the car) and was very professional.

I was told a different price over the phone for a new fob than what they charged me after it was done. They should have mentioned that there was an additional charge for the programming.
