My purchase of a Ridgeline was an extremely positive experience. Rick Santiago is a very professional and pleasant sales Rep. He obviously knows the Honda product line. Obviously, he is dedicated to representing the dealership's interests and he does so in a easy manner that is compatible with the customer's manner. he's a good man, a good person. Rick's desk partner, Marcus was also extremely helpful during the purchase process. He also presents a pleasant, polite, and positive persona. I found the dealership to be a friendly, thriving environ.
Others who assisted me in a manner that spoke volumes for the business were; Blong, Robert, Robert T., Sales floor Sgt Major Katie, and, of course, Elijah Davis. Elijah presents well with the news anchor "voice and demeanor." Even when he was holding me down and giving me nuggies to purchase the additional coverages.
