I was very happy with the level of service. We came in unexpectedly due to the check engine light and parking brake lights. I wasn’t expecting the car to be taken at that time. I just wanted to be sure it was driveable and to set up an appointment. I was very pleased the car was taken right away, Michael was through in his explanation and arranged for a courtesy transport both ways. He was also very prompt with the update. Very pleased!
