I can’t say that I was COMPLETELY satisfied because I dropped off the car, left for while with my husband and then I came back and sat there. My appointment for my autobutler was at 9:30am. At 3pm I walked up to the counter to ask for an update on what was going on or at lease an idea for how long I would have to wait. I was informed that the keys were at the counter but someone misplaced the paperwork so I needed to wait for him to reprint it but he was busy with other customers… so 15 minutes later I was called back to the desk. I was told he “misplaced the paper work”. So
I wonder…. How long was I waiting for NOTHING and how long would I have waited if I hadn’t ASKED for an update?!?!?!

Car Service and hosptitality was great, even working with me briefly after the service area closed for the day. However, I noticed that my license plate was bent in the front. I am pretty sure it wasn't when I dropped it off. But again everything else was good.

Shawn Ritcher was the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with, he did not greet me. In fact he blatantly ignored me when I asked him for help, he also had a horrible attitude problem. Should not be in customer service. Furthermore, the tint job was not done properly and I had to have someone fix it. I would never recommend anyone get their vehicle serviced here. Horrible experience overall.
