I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with theService representatives Denis Lopez . She had a I don’t care attitude. I purchased my Toyota Crown from this dealership and I was looking forward for future services but the way I was treated , I may consider taking my car to different dealers.

Unfortunately the air leak that is emanating from the driver side window area, that I was told was already known about by a bulletin that was sent out, wasn’t able to be fixed.
