First of all the issue with my orginal prius. I didnt want to get into another car but I need a running car. Toyota is supposed to be number 1 but I still get the **** end of the stick. The financial workers couldn't even spell my name right not just the spelling they kept writing Jackie on the forms. Official forms. I had to keep going back in and sign after they told me I was done. I also shook hands with the person serving me making a deal it would be 580 when I go in to fill out the paper work they are saying 599. And when I mentioned it to the financial guy be brushed it off. I have to say I love toyota and I want to have a relationship with this company but how the process isn't helpful and they are trying to squeeze all the money out of me when they know I'll be back makes no sense to me. But I'll enjoy my Canadian 80% and Chinese 20% rav 4 which makes no sense. Thank you. My phone number ****-****-xxxx

Last service at this Dealership I gave a glowing review of the service and employees I encountered. Today was the complete opposite. What a letdown to be told last week BY this dealership, the parts to seal the HV traction Electric Motor cable connectors (that will corrode to pieces)are available. So I made the appointment to get this done. 3.5 hours later I got a text that my car was ready. On our way to the dealership I was grateful to get the "cable gate" problem resolved, only to be told by the service writer the parts for the proper repair of the HV Cables are back ordered and the repair was not done. So my car was there a half day for a one minute software upload. On the upside, the service writer said she would call me when the parts are available. When that may be is undetermined.

I asked the service advisor to check my brakes. When I’m backing up and slightly touch the brake pedal the wheels lock up. I described this to the service writer but when I received the care it was not noted on my service report. Disappointed this life safety issue was not looked at. I’m sure this was not intentional on his part. It was very busy there today. I’ve been a long time customer and always had great service in the past.

The appointment took significantly longer than I anticipated. My appointment was at 10:00 am and I did not checkout until 4:50 pm. Joshua appeared to be new and inexperienced. He did not provide a feeling of confidence in what was happening on the service end. My car was still waiting to be seen by the mechanic at 1:30 for a 10:00 am appointment. My car is loosing power at times while driving it. Around 3:00 he suggested having the shuttle pick me up so I could take a drive with the mechanic and they would drive me home. I suggested we wait until you do the software update. When i do as checking out I asked to make the software update appointment but Josh told me to call on Monday to make the appointment. It was just a very strange and disappointing experience for the first time having service on my new car that I purchased at your dealership. I had decided to go to a different dealership in the future for service or to only deal with your service manager. Thank you for reaching out. Elyce H

Check in line was too long compared to other Toyota service locations.
Service advisor was not present when I picked up my car but another service provider helped out but was unpleasant. He was probably busy and wanted me out. My question was unanswered. ☹️ Will likely go to a different location next time.

Simona was great. It would be a nice touch to do a quick vacuum of the vehicle interior as part of the service. Many places do this as a standard courtesy as part of the service.
