Jessica did a great job maintaining communication and responding to my questions. I appreciated her honesty and clarity.
I have been frustrated for a long time with the amount of wait time for service, especially since I always have an appointment. Jessica explained that it is first come first serve and the appointment is helpful only after the Service Department stops accepting walk-ins. This information would have helped my frustration long ago. Toyota could make this clear. The appointment system is deceiving.

I left my truck for service at 9 am appointment for oil change and possibly additional maintenance. Around 11 am I had to find someone to give me update about the additional items to fix instead of you guys reaching out to me. I was waiting at the waiting area until 3:30 pm while the crew told me it will take no more than a couple hours. I found myself spending the entire day waiting for the car to be ready. Also the guy who checked my truck in at morning didn’t work later and I had to find other rep to communicate with.
