John was great but his team’s lack of communication to him messed up my entire day. To make things worse the shuttle van broke down! John’s quick thinking solved that problem! He sent an Uber to pick me up so I could get my car! That was awesome.

I had an appointment at 7:00 am on Friday 12/26 and was scheduled to get my truck back at 2:00pm. I arranged ride home and returned at 3:30 because no response from my text at 2:30 to check on status? I also have issues with automated response for immediate service issues. I tried to call to discuss and no response so I finally changed response to change battery but when I arrived at 3:30pm had to wait for truck til 5:00pm. I suggest better response from your team on costly repairs! Need better communication!!!

I asked if my plates could be put on my vehicle and the rep said no problem, just throw them on the front seat. They were not added. I also requested a quote for bumper damage and that was not done. The rep wasnon chalant and left me to go do it myself as if it was no big deal. Whoever is answering the phone in the collision department is extremely rude a dismissive. I spoke to someone in financing who apologized and was assured a manager would call me about my experience and I've heard nothing. Nothing about the sales experience was true. I was upsold swat on my vehicle and some sort of apolstery protection and everyone said it was free but ended up charging me. I was lied too and manipulated during the whole lease process and now I'm experiencing rudeness. Everyone seems nice but are not honest. Your team seems desperate and fake.

Jessica Herrerias made my trip to get my Toyota serviced so much better! Ive been in and out of car service places for the past month and this was the first time I felt like all of my questions were answered and she was patient with the questions. She explained everything so well. I will be coming back to get my car serviced and I would prefer to have her as my service provider again.
