Rosalina was not responsive in a timely manner and unhelpful with updates on how long my service would be delayed. The tech team returned my car with a misfunctioning power driver seat, and no remedy was provided.

I had an issue with water leaking into my car and since it couldn’t be handled until Monday I asked if he could store the vehicle inside as we were going to have more heavy rain. He kept saying he couldn’t promise and made no effort to ensure the vehicle would be kept indoors and made it seem like it was impossible to do so. Which I think a more caring rep could understand the issue I was trying to solve and be more accommodating. After I dropped it off I had time to think about his response and instead pulled my car out and brought it to another dealership and they had a much higher level of empathy and took care of my car. I most likely will not be using Norm Reeves for any future serving or vehicle purchases.

As part of my ask for regular service, I wanted my low tire pressure indicator troubleshot. I assumed a low battery in a sensor. I was charged for an unmount and remount of a tire to a rim. Subsequently the dash indicator came back on after less than 20 miles of driving. In addition, a nail was found during that service on one tire and the next day all 4 tires were replaced, another opportunity to replace pressure sensors on the rims. The service advisors I worked with were pleasant, but one of the principal reasons for the service at the time remains unresolved. I feel I paid for a service not provided. I intend to speak to a manager this week to get this resolved. It made the trip I took a bit stressful as the low tire light was constantly on.

Everything about your customer service is wrong. Constant scams. No honesty. Deception. If my wife hadn’t prepaid for service when we bought our car I wouldn’t get service there if YOU paid ME. This time it was the classic air filter scam for $150. But then your rep tried to tell us this was our last service with Toyota Care and sell us more even though we already prepaid for more! You are all the worst. Every one of you. Terrible terrible terrible business practices. You shame the Toyota brand.

I waited from 9:20 to past 1 pm for my maintenance service. I had an appointment at 9:00, I was worried I was late. But the wait was unusually long. When I finally went outside to see why, I saw my car outside where the cars ready to go are parked. Rosalina was busy taking new arrivals in. I felt she should have done the paper work and release me first, since the wait had been so unusually long.
