Disappointed with Service advisor J. Bautista handling of Service. He failed to return my calls. I will seek services at another Toyota dealership as I’ve always maintained service at this facility since purchasing the car.

Richard was awesome. My complaint is I had a 9:15 am appointment and it took over 3 hours for a routine 35,000 mile check up. Not acceptable. Makes me wonder if I will continue to do business with Norm Reeves.

I brought my car today foe just maintenance service but I had a flat tire. And the lady who assisted me she said she will charged me $25 bucks to fix i said that's fine I will pay it. When I came to pick up my car they didn't fix the tire, she was very very slow. I think she needs more training or something else.

It was a very busy day today being the first Monday after the holidays. There was a very angry customer that came in behind me and tried cutting the line but Richard calmly told her that he could help her after the other two customers ahead of her. She called somebody on the phone and was complaining about the service she was receiving while Richard helped me in a timely fashion. She even called him overweight and said he was on his phone not helping her as he was helping me. He did an incredible job doing his job and helping me while this was happening. Thanks Richard for keeping your cool when someone was feeling entitled and being purposefully terrible, I could not have done it!

I had a 9:30am appointment, and I came on time for my appointment. I waited for a service advisor, patiently in my car, but no one came to help me. I waited over 40 minutes, and still no one came. I finally stepped out of my car and asked one of the attendent where is the service advisor? They looked in the office and saw that he was speaking to a lady for over 40 minutes. I asked can I switch advisor, as I didn’t know how long he would be talking with the lady. They hesitated to give me a different advisor, as I complained that I waited about 40 minutes. They finally relented and gave me the gal advisor who was very nice and empathizie with my wait time.
