Only time able to speak to a live person was when I dropped the car off. Everything else from you was by TM. You never responded to my TM's or returned my calls. When car was done, I even got a TM to pay using a link on my phone. When I TM'd needing a ride back to pick up my car, never got a response after an hour so had to use Lyft even tho initially told I'd be able to get a return ride. When I got there, my service person wasn't even there. I stood waiting for someone to ask if they could help me. One person walked past me as if I wasn't even there. After no one did, I finally interrupted 1 of the 2 guys who'd been talking. I paid and got my keys without even receiving a thank-you, we appreciate your business. If this is the business model for the new ownership, I will never use Norm Reeves San Diego again nor will I give a recommendation to friends.

Upon drop off at 9am at my appointment time, I noticed there were about 15 cars ahead of me in line. The service advisor estimated my car would be done in about 4 hours.
I wasn’t given any updates the whole day. Around 3:30 I began asking for updates and had to call and text for about 15 minutes before getting in contact with anyone at Norm Reeves Toyota. I was finally told my car would be ready at 5pm. Because of this, I was late to picking up my kids from school. Had I been updated throughout the day, I could have made backup arrangements, and it was frustrating with the nearly total lack of communication throughout the day that my service would take 8 full hours instead of 4 hours.

Joshua was really helpful the only problem was that I was at the Toyota on Tuesday who ever was in charge on checking my car took 2 1/2 hours just to let me know they didn’t had my tire and that they were going to order it and today Wednesday the mechanics took an hour just to install a tire other than that if it wasn’t for Joshua they would off take longer he gives a great customer service , Thanks

Joshua the service rep was great. The only issue I had was the long wait for check-in even though I had a scheduled appointment. The wait to check in was over 20 minutes which seemed a bit long. Otherwise service was good.
